Strobel Insole Materials
Tietex pioneered the development of light- weight, high performance strobel insole materials since this footwear manufacturing technique gained popularity in the early 1990's. Our unique products achieve high stability and seam-holding capability during the critical shoe lasting process. The extreme consistency of our materials helps eliminate fit variation during footwear production.
SpacerBoard material is made from our patented Tietex-3D technology (see below). SpacerBoard is a strobel material with built-in 3D cushioning characteristics for enhanced footwear performance.

Tietex 3D
A family of patented 3-dimensional fabrics made of 100% polyester, this revolutionary composite technology is designed to replace cushioning foams in footwear applications. In addition to cushioning characteristics, 3D has excellent breathe-ability, moisture management and comfort characteristics. 3D materials contain recycled polyester materials and are also recyclable.

Closed Loop Material Recycling Technology
Footwear manufacturing creates tremendous quantities of material cutting waste that have traditionally been disposed of in land fills. To help eliminate this problem, Tietex has pioneered the development of 100% polyester fabrics that can be effectively recycled. In order to close the loop, we invested in state-of-the-art technology at Tietex Asia's Recycling Center in order to process these materials. We work in partnership with our customers to recycle cutting waste from all over the Asian region, bringing cutting waste back from our customers and returning it to first quality footwear fabric.

Moisture Management Fabrics
We offer a variety of lining fabrics for footwear applications with moisture channeling and quick drying properties for maximum footwear performance and comfort. Our fabric constructions are the benchmark of moisture management technology.
